Free tracked shipping on every order to the United States.

Your order is prepared and inspected by our fulfillment partner within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery then takes 8 to 14 business days. Your bag ships from our partner's warehouse in China, and you receive a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

We currently ship to the United States only.

If your tracking has not moved for 14 business days, or your order has not arrived, contact us through our contact page and we will look into it the same week.
