Damaged, defective or not as described

Write to us within 30 days of delivery and include a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You do not need to send anything back.

Changed your mind

Write to us within 30 days of delivery and we will send you return instructions. Once the bag arrives back unused and in its original packaging, we refund the full price of the bag. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
